Welcome, our little life

I dedicate this poem for my friend Jessica and her newborn baby

Our little life, our precious tiny one,
born in a world full of sins and despairs,
just like Jesus' time.

Our little life, our precious tiny one,
born in a house full of love and tenderness.

Oh, blessed is the one who was born in His cottage,
A bare, simple room with celestial fragrance;
where joyous laughter of her siblings fills its sphere to the brim.

Lying in her mother's sight,
To gaze for ever on her face,
And nestle in her fond embrace.

Oh, child, stay in His bosom forever,
for this is the place where you find the eternal rest.
